Regpit

Regpit’s core challenge was to make the often tedious process of anti-money laundering compliance more streamlined and approachable for its users. We began with an extensive analysis of the existing processes, mapping out every step of the workflow. Our team then focused on rethinking the platform’s information architecture and user flows to simplify the experience. The goal was clear: help users navigate complex tasks without feeling overwhelmed. Our design aimed to simplify, organize, and clarify, ensuring that all critical actions were easy to follow and execute.

To design the platform, we developed a new visual language for Regpit, that brought the brand to the platform, making it feel fresh and engaging.  We developed a vivid color palette that balances professionalism with approachability. A bespoke set of icons was also designed to simplify complex tasks, providing a clear, consistent visual vocabulary. The resulting design is simple yet expressive, ensuring that every visual element supports the platform’s core mission of clarity and trust.

Our design team paid special attention to the smallest details, ensuring that each aspect of the interface contributed to the overall user experience. From the presence of text to the subtle animation of icons, we crafted every element to inspire confidence. These thoughtful details enhance the experience by providing users with a sense of security throughout the process —whether they are validating a request or managing ongoing tasks. Trust is built into the design, making sure that each interaction feels seamless, smooth, and reassuring. Compliance does not have to be burdensome.

To support the redesign of the platform, we brought the new visual language to Regpit’s website. The site had to serve as the digital face of a powerful platform, yet it also had to feel dynamic and approachable. We aimed to strike that balance with a website that feels light, engaging, and easy to navigate. By using bold, vivid visuals and intuitive navigation, we gave the site a modern, energetic vibe that mirrors the brand’s ethos.

Working alongside the Regpit team has been an incredibly rewarding journey, and we're excited to keep building on what we've started.
